Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W)on behalf of the Department of Defense Information School(DINFOS)is releasing a Request for Quote(RFQ)entitled: Advanced Course of instruction in Military Motion Media for the DoD military students in the V isual Information (VI) and Public Affairs (PA)professions. The Government plans to award a firm fixed priced purchase order in accordance with the requirements included herein. The period of performance for this training is: 1 July 2004 thru 30 June 2005 with four option years. DCC-W is posting a copy of the RFQ: W74V8H-04-T-0037 for DINFOS on the internet web site at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp to provide the public an opportunity to submit quotes. Proposals should be submitted to M ichelle Ayer, Defense Contracting Command-Washington, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-5200. Phone: 703/602-3734, fax: 703/602-3660 no later than: 19 May 2004. Due to Delays in delivery of regular USPS mail to government offices, there is no guar antee that your quotation will arrive in time to be considered.
