- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is a Request For Proposals, number R1-11-4-87 and is for Call When Needed Fixed Wing Aircraft Services for the Gallatin National Forest. Interested operators must have aircraft available and adjacent to the Gallatin National Forest. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22. (iv) This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside, under NAICS 481212, and the size standard is 1500 employees. (v - xiii) For information regarding this solicitation requirements and specifications as outlined under the items v-xiii of Subpart 12.603 of the Federal Acquisitions Regulations should contact William M.
