Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida requires a contract for the Laboratory services in support of Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, TX (NASCC) Public Works Department. Services include providing sample analyses, packaging, transportation for solid waste and analytical reports of samples taken from various processes and location at NAS Corpus Christi and NAS Kingsville, TX. The services must be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Interested small businesses must have a successful past performance record and have extensive knowledge of and experience in the area of EPA test methods for evaluating solid waste. The period of performance will be for base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories), with a size standard of $10.0M. This requirement will be set-aside for small businesses. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website on or about 7 May 04: www.fedbizopps.gov.
