Description

Barksdale AFB, LA requires contractual services for 3 each National Fire Codes Subscription Service Print and required accessories. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7829 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519120. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns, Small Business Administration District is headquartered in New Orleans,LA. (Definition: In accordance with the FAR Part 19.904, an offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million.) Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received by a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bodies. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETTITION. Date for the receipt of quotes is 27 Apr 2004.
