M67400-04-T-0387 QUESTIONS 1. Will there be any images framed, or are the images already in your possession? There are no images that need to be framed. 2. The number RP733 is this a item number from a particular molding company, if so please provide the company name. RP733 is not from a particular molding company. 3. Does the note "include assembly hardware, stock 728" refer to hardware necessary to hang? What is the required assembly hardware? Wire hanging hardware. 4. We take the following statement/requirement to mean that the rabbet is to be 7/8" deep by the standard 1/4" width and that the frame itself has to be 2" wide by 1 5/16" high; lastly, that the overall dimension are outside dimensions, not the dimensions of the object to be framed. Please confirm. Yes, we would like to have 2" wide frames, and the size is the outside dimensions. 5 . Also, is there a requirement as to the cross section of the frame sides? Is a rectangular cross section of 2" by 1 5/16" what is required? Yes. 6. Are there any requirements as to the material to be used? It says 2 tone mahogany. Mahogany color is acceptable, 2 tone is not required. 7. Please state the desired delivery date. By the end of June, if possible. 8. Did you want the wood of Mahogany or stained in a Mahogany? Stained in Mahogany. 9. Did you want them to come as a whole piece or boxed individually to where they would be put together when they arrive? A whole piece. 10. Is there a particular molding that needs to be used? No, a 1 ?" to 2" molding is acceptable. 11. What is the thickness of the plexiglass? 1/8" 12. Is there matboard involved? No matboard. 13. Are composite wood frames an acceptable substitute? Yes, substitute frames are acceptable.
