- Description
- This procurement is for the solicitation of an Indefinite Delivery Contract for primarily storm and sanitary sewer repairs, combined road repairs and building repairs for Fort Monroe, VA. This contract is intended to provide rapid response to addres s identified deficiencies in facilities and supporting infrastructure (i.e., repair/minor construction situations relating, but not limited to, the civil, geotechnical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, security and safet y areas of Government facilities) in a cost effective manner. The Contractor shall provide all necessary plant, labor, materials and equipment as indicated in the Contract Clauses, technical specifications and as identified in the respective Task Orders. The factors that will be evaluated are as follows: (1) Past Performance; (2) Key Personnel; (3) Relevant Experince; and (4) Small Business Subcontracting. The receipt date for proposals is June 10, 2004. The total contract amount for base year and two option periods is $5,000,000.00. Duration of contract will be 365 calendar days with an option to award two one-year options. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 237110 applies to this procurement.
