Description
Genealogist Support Services: The Defense Contracting Command Washington (DCCW) intends to award two (2) additional Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to cover Genealogist Support Services. Support Services include providing the names, addresses, a nd telephone numbers of three or more family members of a deceased soldier, who are eligible to donate mtDNA, to aid in the identification of human remains. The Genealogist should provide a family tree of a deceased soldier??????s relatives leading to the establishment of the PADD per AR 638-2 and supporting research and documentation in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work may be obtained by emailing your request to the Contract Specialist, Jacquelyn.Harris @hqda.army.mil. The es timated case per BPA is approximately 1,000 per year. The BPA will cover one 12-month base period and four option years. There will be no guarantee minimums or maximum order limitations. Interested parties should submit a capability statement discussing experience and qualifications, along with your hourly rate. In addition, you should provide three (3) references. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. BPAs will be awarded based on lowest co st technically acceptable. To be considered technically acceptable, your firm must have a least four (4) years experience providing the exact same services and have a successful history of past performance. Past performance will be evaluated based on prov iding at three (3) acceptable references whom you have provided services to over the last two years. All BPA holders will be provided with a fair opportunity to compete for cases using the following procedures: 1. Price and/or cost 2. Capacity to take on new work 3. Ability to meet the delivery schedule 4. Past Performance in processing previous orders.
