Description: For complete copy of the PWS please e-mail: vincent.suarez@netcom.army.mil. The contractor shall provide repair, replacement and services to include parts, labor, field service, transportation costs, and any other cost associated with maintaining th e systems operation at full performance. The contractor shall provide trained, experienced technicians to perform maintenance, software technical support including software upgrades at no charge to the government. This requirement shall include repair or replacement of failed security and CCTV hardware as well as the repair or replacement of failed computer hardware and software, workstations, servers, printers etc at no cost to the government. The contractor is assuming full responsibility for maintaining the ESS and CCTV hardware and software 100% operational, 100% of the time, at no additional cost to the government.
