Description

The VA Network Business Center, Long Beach, California intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is being set-aside for small business. The NAICS Codes is 811213 and small business size is $6.0 million. The Contract period shall be for a base year with four options year periods. The VA Los Angeles Healthcare System has requirement for preventative maintenance and repair of Government-owned ASCOM Hasler mailing systems. Contractor shall provide support to the following VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Systems locations: Bakersfield, North Hills, Santa Barbara, and two locations in the Los Angeles area. Company must be able to use original manufactured parts for all the Hasler systems listed in the solicitation. Solicitation will be available O/A 5/7/04 with proposals due O/A 6/4/04. The VA Network Business Center shall issue the solicitation in hard copy only. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing. Request via facsimile to (562) 961-1378 will be accepted. The RFQ number 600-654-04 must be cited on the request.
