Description

1. This is a Notice of Intent for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) 133340, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS is 339111. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ramco Equipment Corporation, 32 Montgomery Street, Hillside, New Jersey 07205. The requirement is for one (1) RAMCO Cleaning System for Stereolithography Prototypes. Therefore, this notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider any quotes received by 4:00 p.m., EDT, on May 4, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
