Description

The US Army CECOM, Ft. Monmouth, NJ intends to award a 5(FIVE)-YEAR INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY type contract for the procurement of AN/PVS-6 MELIOS TRIPOD, LASER-INFRARED, NSN: 5860-01-326-0669 with an initial buy of 120 each utilizing lowest price, technically-acceptable sealed bid, REVERSE AUCTION. The contract type is FIRM FIXED PRICE, SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, HUB-ZONE. All technical drawings will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Interactive Business Opportunitie s Page (IBOP), https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Items in the contract will be ordered by individual delivery order. Each delivery order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions and the applicable price. Early delivery cost at no extra cost to the Government is encouraged. Packaging and packing shall be IAW the contractor`s best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Bar code markings are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC 39, and MIL-STD-129. This is not a request for bids o r proposals but may serve as notice to interested parties. Anticipated release of draft solicitation is on or about 07 May 2004 with estimated award date by 30 June 2004.
