UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE SEEKS SITE OR EXISTING SPACE TO LEASE IN TIMBERLAKE, NORTH CAROLINA Needed is an offer giving the Postal Service the right to purchase a site of approximately 35,000 TO 51,000 square feet usable land area or lease 3,000 net interior square feet of space. Offerors must own or control the property which must be properly zoned to permit use as a postal facility, or capable of being rezoned for such use without delay of construction. Sites outside the preferred area will be considered if they offer superior location or economic advantages. The Preferred Area is as follows: Within the 27583 zip code area of Timberlake, Person County, North Carolina Offeror must own or control the site and must state the price. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors for purchase, lease or lease with construction. Offers must be submitted on Postal forms obtainable from the Timberlake Postmaster or by contacting Ruthann Coburn, Eastern Facilities Service Office in Greensboro, NC at 336/665-2841.
