Description

The 377 CONS/LGCB, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Airlie Foundation, 6809 Airlie Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187-7110. The objective of this effort is to conduct the High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office (HEL JTO) strategic planning conference for the DoD HEL community in a conference facility that can accommodate 24-hour usage for up to 25 people for three days (20 April to 23 April 2004). Additionally, the location must be able to support DoD classified presentations and discussions. Location of facility must be near the Washington D.C. area to ensure maximum attendance. The Airlie Foundation is the only known responsible source at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated solicitation date is 14 April to 15 April 2003. Anticipated award date is 16 April 2004, SIC Code is 7011, NAICS code is 721110, and Size Standard is 5.0 million dollars.
