Description

Barksdale AFB, LA requires contractual services for 1 each Model BAM06HE1 Four State Air-Cooled Compressor, 1 each Model TM6004 Dot Air Storage System, 1 each Model SCFS3- 4HP Containment Fill Station, 1 each Start Up and Training Cost for the reservicing of self contained breathing apparatus used during all types of emergency response. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8322 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624230 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns, Small Business Administration District is headquartered in New Orleans,LA. (Definition: In accordance with the FAR Part 19.904, an offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million.) Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received by a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bodies. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETTITION. Date for the receipt of quotes is April 12th, 2004. Only one award will be made.
