- Description
- The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) has a requirement for food services for the Metallic Multilayers Symposium (MML), to be held on June 7-11, 2004 at NIST, Boulder, CO for 350 participants. The services will include working breaks, Continental breakfasts, lunch sodas and waters. It is the intent of the Government to award this procurement on a sole source basis under authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) with the Techno Cafe at the Boulder NIST campus. This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (NTE $100,000). This synopsis is issued for information only. No competitive solicitation is planned. No award will be made on the basis of requests in response to this notice. Terms & Conditions and agency level protest procedures can be found on web site http://oamweb.osec.doc.gov/conops/#REFERENCE. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether or not use of competitive procedures to fulfill this requirement would be in the Government's best interest and must address qualifications pertinent to this requirement. These are the complete specifications and no RFQ is available. All technical questions shall be addressed to BJ Roberts at 303 497-3799. This RFQ will expire April 20, 2004.
