- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest Medina, OH_____ REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of a maximum of 6,100 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 4,600 to 5,300 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and twenty-three (23) on-site parking spaces. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. LOCATION: Medina, Ohio, as defined below: From the northern boundary of Fenn Road, east to Route 3 (Weymouth Road), south to Granger Road, west to Foote Road, south to Medina Road, west to Spring Grove Street, south to Smith Road, east to Guilford Road, south to Sturbridge Road, west to Wadsworth Road, south to Sharon-Copley Road, west to Route 3 (Wooster Pike Road), north to Smith Road, west to State Road (Marks Road), north to Fenn Road. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy December 1, 2004. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should include the following and be submitted no later than April 13, 2004: 1. Building/location name and address 2.
