Description

The purpose of this modification to the original announcement issued on March 11, 2004 is to notify potential offerors that due to the need to address answers to critical questions in the Forest Service Washington Office, this procurement has been suspended indefinitely. The Pre-Proposal Conference is cancelled and will not be rescheduled until approval for the program has been granted by the Washington Office. For planning purposes, the procurement process will be delayed by a minimum of 2 weeks. A new announcement will be issued when the program issues have been resolved. No additional information is available at this time.
