Description

This notice is for informational purposes only. The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to issue a modification to Firm-Fixed Price Contract Number DAAB07-03-C-G405 with Tallahasse Technologies, Inc. for the rep air of spare parts for the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio Systems (SINCGARS). The following is a list of the COMSEC assemblies that will be shipped to the contractor for repair: NSN Part Number Quantity 5998013512482 A3131660 224 5998014121323 A3131650 185 5998014396235 A3137785 191 A Justification and Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition has been approved for this modification in accordance with authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1) (i), Only One Responsible Source. The Government does not possess the complete technical data needed to competitively acquire the required repair of the spare parts. This modification is estimated to be $480,000. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only, and is not to be considered as a Request for Propo sal.
