PRON: AX4Q0334AX, NSN: 1615-01-227-7971, PN: 406-010-1 01(-109), Quantity: 30 each plus two 100% options, applicable to OH-58 D, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Requ ired Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 175 DACA. Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 219 DACA. This item is restricted to the approved source: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97 499.
