Indefinite Quanity Contract with base year and 4 option years. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 14 APR 04 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside . All responsible sources, fitting the Small Business criteria, may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered . See notes 1 and 26.
