- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accourdance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Reference number is FA561304T0018 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 20. This acquisition is unrestricted. The US Air Force, 700 Contracting Squadron will award a firm-fixed price purchase order for: On-site computer generated graphics, website and Power Point slide design and conference/meeting support in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The performance period shall be from 01 May 04 - 30 Apr 05 with three one year option periods. All FAR provisions incorporated in this solicitation are attached. Quoates must be received by 01 Apr 04 at 1600 (4:00 PM) local time.
