- This is further clarification for the High Purity Hydrogen Generator requirement. The hydrogen generator will be in an Army test cell on Fort Belvoir. Power will be supplied through either a 120VAC or 480VAC wall socket in the test cell. The test cell will have water utilities available. The water utility will be no more than 25 feet away from the hydrogen generator depending on generator size and positioning. Power and water should be no more than 25 feet away. The test cell does not hav e an address. The cell is located in building 324, Fort Belvoir, VA on Burbeck Road. The unit will be delivered FOB destination to: Warehouse Building 335, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060; At this time, 240VAC is not available to the test cell. However, commercia l AC/AC inverters or transformers should allow developers to step up or down to meet either 480VAC or 120VAC requirements. As a result of these clarifications, the due date and time for this requirement has been extended to the Close of Business (4:00 pm EST) on 1 April 2004.
