Description

Synopsis is changed to delete the requirement for interested HUBZone contractors (or any other offeror) to provide evidence of availability of bonding of at least $15,000,000. In accordance with the Section H of the request for proposal (RFP), offerors shall submit with their offers a proposal guarantee (bid bond) of at least 20% of the proposed price of the seed project. Individual proposal guarantees (bid bonds) of at least 20% of the proposed price shall be required from all offerors competing for award of all subsequent Task Orders in accordance with the terms of the RFP.
