Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation has be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. (ii)Synopsis/Solicitation W9124M-04-T-0036 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisi tion Procedures. (iii) Incorporated provisions and clauses are located in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions included in this solicitation. (iv) This pr ocurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS is 321992, setting the size standard at 500 employees. (v) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN's) 0001-0003: OCTAGON GAZEBOS, 10 X 10, CONSTRUCTED OF ALUMINUM REINFORCED VINYL, METAL ROOF COLOR-EVERGR EEN, WHITE BODY, BENCHES ALL AROUND THE INSIDE, CEILING-CEDAR, FLOOR-POLYVINYL WOODLOOK (TAN). A TOTAL OF 9 GAZEBOS ARE BEING REQUESTED. 7 GAZEBOS SHALL BE SHIPPED TO FT. STEWART, DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC SAFETY (DPS), AND 2 SHALL BE SHIPPED TO DPS, HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, GA. Offers must be submitted to ACA, Southern Region, Ft. Stewart DOC (B. 1024), ATTN: Monteene Wampler, 399 Stephen Douglas Street Suite 101, Hunter AAF, GA 31409-4627 by 4:00 p.m. EST, 9 April 2004.
