Description

This is the second advertisement placed by the Government for this competitive lease procurement. The first advertisement was posted on December 16, 2003. The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing about 11,000 Rentable Square Feet of office and related space. The Rentable Space must yield a minimum of 7,960 ANSI/BOMA Office Area to a maximum of 8,360 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease term is for (10) years cancelable by the Government after the fifth year. The space MUST BE located within the following delineated area within Manhattan, New York, beginning at Fifth Avenue and East 116th Street: NORTH: East 116th Street to East River EAST: East River to East 90th Street SOUTH: East 90th Street to Fifth Avenue WEST: Fifth Avenue to East 116th Street to the place of beginning. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
