Description

Federal Supply Class (FSC) 5360, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332612, Double Torsion Springs IAW Drawing 3682AS112 Quantity 63,000 each with a 100 percent option with no variance in quantity and Compression Springs IAW Drawings 3682AS117 Quantity 31,500 each with a 100 percent option with no variance in quantity. End use of the item, MJU-57/B Decoy Flare. Delivery due 7 weeks after date of contract award. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. T his will be a firm fixed price contract. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Drawing distribution authorized to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. A Military Critical Technical Data, DD form 2345 is required to be on file before draw ings peculiar to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or the following website www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 04 April 2004 with the opening date 30 date from issue. The so licitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.FedBizOpps.Gov . Any changes to the solicitation shall be posted to these websites and is the contractor??????s responsibility to check these sites daily for a ny posted changes.
