Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number FA4681-04-Q-B012 when returning your quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-20. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to both small and large businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the following CLIN 0001: three (3) FASTLANE KG-75A ATM Encryptor, Release U2.0, NSN# FL-44678-2,OC-3c Multi Mode Interface FASTLANE. All parts require NSA (National Security Agency) approval. Delivery is requested not later than 60 days after award date of contract.
