Description

SOL RFP672-432-04 DUE 03-29-04 POC Maria Valentin, Contract Specialist (787) 641-7582 Ext. 10247 or Ext.10340, Facsimile number (787) 641-8364. This is a notice of intent to negotiate sole source Service Contract with Dictaphone Corporation, Calle Bori #1542, Urb. Belisa, San Juan, PR 00935 to provide preventive maintenance and repairs services to maintain Dictaphone hardware, software, associated with equipment, C-phone systems located at the San Juan VA Medical Center, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR 00921-3201. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the day of this announcement. Due day will be March 29, 2004 at 03:30 PM (America/Puerto_Rico time).
