- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare system intends to contract with a physician or group of physicians to review submitted information and perform fitness for duty exams to VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System employees. Physician(s) performing service under the contract shall be board certified in occupational medicine and licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. Offerors must quote a price per exam and not a hourly rate. Physician(s) place of residence is restricted to within 15 miles of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System University Drive Division. The solicitation may be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 621111. The small business size standard is $8.5 million. This solicitation is for the acquisition of commercial items and prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. The following commercial items provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation; 52.212-3 Offeror Representation & Certification; 52.212-4 Terms & Conditions; 52.212-5 Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
