Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A012 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 721110. Small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. The government intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Hilton Garden Inn, 9015 W SR Highway 2, Spokane Washington, for the accommodation of 60 single occupancy rooms reserved in a block from 29 March 2004 through 5 April 2004.
