Description

SOLICITATION ISSUED. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to procure construction of the Dr. Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Center on the Old Submarine Boat Basin, Key West, Florida. Drawings and specifications and bid documents are available as of March 19, 2004 at the NOAA/CASC FTP site for offerors to download. Offerors wishing to submit their proposals in response to the solicitation will have 45 calendar days to submit the proposals after issuance of the RFP. All responsible firms may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. All solicitation requests shall be in writing which may be faxed or e-mailed to Attn: Ron Anielak or Donita McCullough. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number and indicate registration in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). After CASC receipt of the solicitation request, potential offerors will be notified how to access the RFP thru the FTP webiste and be provided instructions for downloading. Hard copies of the solicitation, drawings, and specifications will not be available.
