FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 96 DARO. Item is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four option years. This buy is set aside 100% for Small Business on an other than full and open competitive basis.
