Description

The General Services Administration is soliciting for Mechanical Maintenance and related Services (NAICS CODE 239290) accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. Base period is set to begin on AUGUST 1, 2004 at the following facility: Federal Building/Courthouse, Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a Performance Based, nine (9) year contract, and is procured in accordance with FAR 15.1. Source Selection Procedures using the ?best Value concept? in making the selection. Services will be provided for a three-year base period with two (2) three ?year unilateral options on the part of the Government. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The anticipated date of issuance is April 5, 2004. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Federal Building/Courthouse on April 16, 2004 at 11:00 am local time.
