Adjustable straps, with front high strength, plastic zipper. Retroreflective material sewn on front and back of vest. Vest will be international orange in color. Size Large. Size Regular. Quantity 116 each. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Each item to be individually packaged in accordance with Method 10 of MIL-STD-2073-1D, bar coding in accordance with ANSI/AIM is required. Each item to be individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129P. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 1-20. Applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 2385, North American Industry Code is 315228,size 500 employees. Delivery to be made within 90 days after award. Items to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to: Receiving Officer, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Bldg 88 Baltimore, Maryland 21226. Final inspection & acceptance shall be at destination. All responsible and responsive sources will be considered by this agency. The following provisions and clauses can be accessed via the Internet at the following address: www.arnet.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be mailed or distributed by this office. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (JAN 2004). FAR provision 52.212-2 (JAN 1999) is tailored to read that award will be made to the offeror(s) who submits the lowest price and fastest delivery based on best value criteria. Offerors are instructed to include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, "Offerors Representatives and Certification--Commercial Items (JAN 2004) with their offer.
