- Solicitation for End Item: F-15 Aircraft, NSN 1560-01-248-0911, authorized by LTC04037018008. DOOR ACCESS, IAW Lockheed Martin Corp., Cage 81755, DWG 16B6584 REV K DTD 8/12/97 P/N 16B6584-15. Critical Application item. LTC W/4 option years, estimated annual quantity 14 each base period and 36 each for the option periods. Unrestricted procurement with Other than full and open competition. Intended sources: Lockheed Martin Corp., Fabco Inc. Cage 9z687 and Quality Aluminum Forge Cage 58635. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. First Article requirement with government testing. Delivery objective: 90 days ARO for the First Article requirement and 104 days after first article approval for the production units. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
