- NSN 2930-01-146-3912, PUMP, COOLING SYSTEM, ENGINE. I/A/W Code & Part Number, Source Inspection & Acceptance. DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Orders (IDPO) under simplified acquisition procedures (see DLAD Subpart 13.90, Indefinite Delivery Purchase Orders.) IDPOs are repetitive, low dollar procurements, where the total dollar of the award does not exceed $100,000. The annual estimated quantity is (240) each. Offerors who are interested in submitting an offer on this requirement should contact Leslie Smith (614) 692-2746, email: leslie.smith@dla.mil prior to the closing date. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Notes(s): 1, 13. This proposed procurement contains TWO one-year options, that at the discretion of the Government, the BASIC may be extended for an additional one-year period. The life of this proposal at time of award shall not exceed 3 years. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for small business concerns.
