Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911SA-04-T-0017 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a small business set aside, under NAICS 334290, with the small business size standard of 75 0 employees. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Delivery will be to Fort McCoy, WI 54656. To request a site visit, contact Terry Gough, 608-388-2508. Phase One ?????? The following CLINS must be completed and working NLT than 14 April 04. CLIN 0001, 2 Each, 901-9230 Zetron Model 26 Dispatch Center Alerting Panel (1 master + 1 slave) with power supplies and interconnect cable. CLIN 0002, 3 Each, 901-9200 Zetron Model 6 Fire Station Alerting Controller (2 stations + 1 spare) CLIN 0003, 1 Each, Installation and materials to install Zetron System to include all costs for relays, wiring, equipment programming, equipment configuration, travel, installation labor, testing and equipment demonstration. In the event the equipment needs repair, a factory service technician must be within 3 hrs driving time from Fort McCoy, WI. Phase Two ?????? The following CLINS can be completed/installed at a later date coordinated with the requesting unit. Clin 0004, 1 Each, Installation and materials to complete interface of the Model 6 controller at Station One, including wiring, equipment configuration, travel, installation labor, testing and equipment demonstration. Phase interfaces overhead door functions to the Model 6. Clin 0005, 1 Each, Shipping Charge In the event the equipment needs repair, a factory service technician must be within 3 hrs driving time from Fort McCoy, WI. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. In accordance with FAR 39.106, the contractor shall ensure the offered product and all inform ation technology (IT) contained therein shall be Year 2000 Compliant. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Soli citation number; offeror??????s complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms; unit prices per CLIN; DUNS number; and COMPLETED FAR 52.212-3 Alt I. Quotes must be received at ACA, Directorate of Contracting, 2103 South 8th Avenue, Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5153 no later than 0800 on 23 Mar 04.
