Description
The Air National Guard is conducting market research and is requesting submittal of capability packages from all interested parties regarding your companys ability to provide ANG Recruiting and Retention Planning Tool (CD-ROM). Contractor shall produce software that will assist local Recruiting and Retention managers with the production of annual recruiting and retention goals, an annual calendar of recruiting events, characterization of local recruiting venues and automated repo rt generating capability to track progress of activities relative to unit recruiting and retention goals Contractor shall provide a stand alone software program capable of producing the aforementioned products. The software will be resident on a CD ROM with specific input data residing on the Recruiters individual desktop hard drive. Contractor shall utilize current commercially available applications software program. The contractor will also provide user guide capability to assist local recruiters with the operation of the software program. Software must be compatible with Microsoft Windows 98 or more recent operating system. Contractor shall coordinate with the client to identify anticipated data input and output and the functional requirements for the development of an automated Recruiting and Retention tool. Contractor will produce a prototype for testing with selected users prior to product reproduction. Contractor shall provide original and 200 CD ROM copies and deliver to the government. All deliverables developed/produce under this contract will become the property of the U.S. Government. Delivery Date: Start date will be upon award of this contract and deliverable product within 6 months or less. Evaluation Criteria: Deliverable produ ct by July no later than August, User friendly software, Compatible with Microsoft 98 or latest operating system and be able to meet at least once a month for product input/progress This notice does not obligate the Government to issue requests for proposals or award contracts for the subject services. The Government shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished by potential sources in response to this notice.
