- Description
- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 6.3 - Other Than Full and Open Competition, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to negotiate on a sole-source, non-competitive basis, with Simcom to provide for initial / transition Pilatus PC-12 aircraft pilot training, including the usage of a Pilatus PC-12 flight simulator. The estimated quantity will be ten (10). The location of the training must be within the continental United States. Other Offerors that have the ability to provide the above described services are invited to submit their information addressing their capabilities and any other pertinent data to Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Administrative Center - Dallas, ACDCAP - 3rd Floor, ATTN: V. Gilbert, 7701 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. Such information and/or pertinent data must be received not later than 5 days from the date of THIS NOTICE. No solicitation document exists; therefore, a request for such document will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this Notice of Intent is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
