Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Teradyne Inc., 5700 MoPac Expressway South, Building D, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78749 to purchase an Integra FLEX Test System with options. Additional requirement information: equipment list in response t o this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained electronically under: http://www.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. Teradyne Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer for the Integra FLEX Test System. NAICS Code is 334413. The Teradyne Integra FLEX is an advanced mixed signal mainframe ATE tester with a 200 MHz base speed with capabilities for testing 3 GHz and above. The Integra FLEX can be configured for over 500 pins, which is a requirement for the type of devices used in the FCS. The Teradyne Inte gra FLEX utilizies this operating software, which will incorporate into the existing ATE network, and has the same hardware interface as the existing testers. No additional notifications of individual purchases will be provided. See Note 22.
