Description

General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Artic Region, has a requirement for landscape and grounds care maintenance services at various U.S. Border Station located in and around the Blaine, WA area. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-04-LSC-0043. The period of performance is twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year options. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Anticipated start date is 8/1/04. Solicitation will be available on or about 04/01/2004. Offers will be due on or about 05/03/2004. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, quality control/performance plan and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 561730 with the small business size of $6M. Current Contractor: Turftenders, Inc. 6512 Northwest Dr., Ferndale, WA 98248. Current contract price: $56,144.76 per annum.
