Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FQ460040550100 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 23 March 2004, and shall be valid until at least 30 April 2004 to insure sufficient time for the distribution of funds. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: lee.smales@offutt.af.mil and stephen.johns@offutt.af.mil . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This procurement is set aside 100% for Hub-Zone small business ONLY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 236220, $28.5 Million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the installation of a wheelchair lift from an existing concrete stair landing inside Building 500, IAW attached statement of work and drawings, subject to the availability of funds. A site visit is scheduled for 15 Mar 2004 at 1400 hours. Only one site visit will be granted. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED.
