- HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL CHARGED COUPLE DEVICE (CCD) CAMERA: Solicitation number FA8601-04-T-0031 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. The associated NAICS code is 423490, size standard 500 employees. This requirement has one line item: CLIN 0001, High Resolution Digital CCD Camera with Controller. FOB point is destination (Wright-Patterson AFB OH). The minimum requirements of this high-speed camera are attached to this synopsis/solicitation at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. Evaluation of proposals and subsequent award will be based on a determination of best value to the Government, taking technical capability, past performance, and price into consideration. All quoters are to include with their quotes a completed copy of Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items. For your convenience, a copy of these “reps and certs” is also attached to this synopsis/solicitation at the above web address.
