OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 160 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Source Control Item, Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. QAP 002. NAICS is 334417. Unrestricted, other than full and open competition procurement, intended sources: Midcon Cables, Cage: 51880, Nortech Systems Cage: 24600, Icore Intl Cage: 05593, Stuart Mfg Cage: 4M786. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 295 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 300 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165.
