The drawing package will be available after the solicitation is posted on the web. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst intends to procure Jet Engine Test Instrumentation (JETI) Systems in accordance with a Level III drawing package. The JETI System is a Personal Computer (PC) based test system designed to provide an enhanced computer based measurement and automated data control system for the purpose of Intermediate (I-Level) testing of aircraft gas turbine engines in either an indoor or outdoor environment both afloat and ashore. The anticipated basic requirement is for two (2) Pre-Production units to be used for First Article Testing, with two one-year option periods for 24 production JETI test systems. The requirement will also include the required Test Program Set (TPS) hardware, installation specific software, installation and verification of the units, and long-term support (including, but not limited to, configuration control and obsolescence management). The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery for the Prototype Units, quantity of two (2), shall be presented for first article testing and technical evaluation NLT 240 days after contract award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
