Description: Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, and all incidental items necessary to install four Capitol Controls, (or Government approved equal), chlorine analyzers and chart recorders to provide continuous monitoring of the chlorine residuals. The monitored information will need to be tied back into the SCADA computer at the main Water Treatment Plant. Map of exact project location shall be provided prior to the site visit. Three locations are on Schofield Barracks and one at Helemano Military Reservation. Modified two-step process also termed C3 (customer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the procurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on March 15, 2004 at 8:45 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time at Bldg 113, Wheeler Army Air Field. You are required to notify Kathleen Verbeckmoes no later than March 11, 2004 of your interest in attending the site visit by e-mail at verbeckmoesk@sh after.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail if you had attended previous industry forum briefing.
