Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to perform repair/replacement of existing sanitary sewer and manholes located in the old area at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to : install new pipes, replace existing pipes and manholes, repair and foam lining to existing pipes, restoration of disturbed pavement and field areas, grading, paving, install new stripping, and incidental related work. Period of performance is ninety (90) days. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000-$500,000. NAICS is 237110 (Water & Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction), average annual receipts $28.5 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-04-B-0005 applies. This solicitation, including specificati ons and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may downl oad it on or after issue date at the following internet address: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/.
