- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: NO technical data pkg is available from DSCR Sole source P/N Megator Corp., Cage 52330 P/N 5947 Unrestricted, other than full and open competition Noncommercial item, NOTE 26 applies FOB Dest, Inspect/acceptance dest, QAP B02 Estimated annual qty 280 Required Delivery will be noted at time of solicitation Surge Requirement possible A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
