Description

THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The NAICS Code is 541690 with a size standard of $6.0. The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for assistance to the Electrical Test Structure Metrology Project, Interconnect Reliability task, in the NIST semiconductor Electronics Division by conducting, coordinating, and analyzing measurements relevant to the characterization of the reliability of aluminum and copper interconnects and to participate in standardization efforts. The specific tasks are described in the Statement of Work included in the Solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this project will be issued on or about March 10, 2004 , utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The performance period will be from April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order on or about March 29, 2004. The competitive solicitation, all amendments, and any questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation will only be available via the internet at the above website. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. There is no written solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained.
