Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Marvin Engineering Company, Inc. 260 West Beach Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90302. This BOA will procure LAU-7D/A missile launcher modification kits, LAU-127 missile launchers and M299 Hellfire missile launchers, repair and/or replacement components and Engineering and Technical Services to investigate engineering issues as they arise in the fleet. Marvin Engineering is currently the only qualified source to meet the Government’s delivery requirements and Marvin Engineering is the original equipment manufacture of the LAU-7D/A modification kits and the LAU-127. Marvin Engineering assembles and performs final acceptance testing of the M299 Hellfire missile launcher. Note 22 applies.
